James Earls — author of Born to Walk — talks to us about an important part of the movement conversation: fascia and bipedalism. Fascia is the 3-D spider web of fibrous, gluey, and wet proteins that hold our bones all together in their proper placement (from Anatomy Trains, go here for more details).
